  • How do I Book my child on?

    Click the ‘Book Trial’ button at the top of this page to book your child’s session. During your child’s first session, they will be assessed and we will place them in the correct group for their age and ability.

  • How do I pay?

    Payments for your child's place are to be made through Gym Club Solutions. Missed sessions are non-refundable. Prices start at £27 per month up to £120 per month. Sessions range from 45 minutes per week - 17 hours per week. If your payments are not up to date, unfortunately your child cannot train. You will be required to make payment before your child attends their next session.

  • What should I bring?

    Medication - consent information must be completed online before your class. Any changes, please inform us immediately

    Please leave any valuables at home.

  • What should my child wear?

    Leotard - Girls or Leotard with shorts - Boys T-Shirts, crewneck jumpers and leggings can be worn if required. Tracksuit (for warm up only).
    No socks, flares, hoodies, oversized trousers or pyjamas to be worn. No false nails and all jewellery must be removed and long hair tied back,

  • What happens on arrival?

    All gymnasts must be booked on to our online system via Gym Club Solutions before entering the gymnasium.

    Any medication must be in a clearly named bag and must be discussed with a coach before entering.

    You and your child can wait in the club reception area before the session begins. Your child will be welcomed in by one of our coaches through the white doors and will need to complete the warm up before doing any gymnastics. You cannot enter the gym with your child, however you can watch your child in the viewing gallery upstairs. Please note, sometimes your child may be training in our competition gym, there is no viewing gallery in the competition gym.

  • What happens at pick up?

    To ensure your child's safe handover, please wait in our reception area at the end of their session. To avoid congestion at the doors, we kindly ask that any questions for the coach be held until all children have been dismissed and the next session has begun.

  • My child has regular medication, what should I do?

    Please ensure if your child has any medication that they bring it to every session. This includes inhalers, Epipen’s, insulin pens etc.

  • What about Mobile Phones?

    To ensure the safeguarding of all our gymnasts, mobile phones are not permitted within the gym. If a child needs to bring a phone, it must be placed in the mobile phone area at the start of the session and collected at the end. In case of an emergency, children can request their phone from a coach and make a call in the reception area. Using mobile phones inside the gym during a session will result in the phone being confiscated by a coach and the child asked to sit out for the remainder of the class. Repeated violations will lead to further action.

  • Do I need insurance for my child?

    Insurance is payable from your child's second session. The amount is currently £50 for the year, however this is subject to change.

  • Can I watch my child?

    We have a viewing gallery where you can watch your child train. Please note, videoing is strictly prohibited. Anyone caught videoing will be asked to leave the gallery and will not be permitted to use it again. Please ensure any belongings are taken with you and rubbish is not left on the floor or tables. Please note, entering the gymnasium is strictly prohibited.

  • My child has an allergy, can they still take part?

    We have experience dealing with children with allergies. Please come to talk to us if your child does have an allergy. We do currently have children within our gym with nut allergies and we ask children, staff and parents to refrain from bringing nuts in to the building. We also ask if your child has eaten them before entering the gym, to please ensure they have washed their hands thoroughly.

  • How do I keep up to date with what is happening in the gym?

    We share club information via our members only Facebook group and advise all members to join.

  • How do I purchase a club kit

    To purchase a club kit (leotard and training tracksuit) please speak to our Head Coach Fiona or General Manager Janet.

  • When will my child move up a class?

    Our coaches are always looking at the children’s development and when they feel your child is ready to move up, you will receive an invitation from the club with the new times and payment information.

  • How can I help my child's gymnastic development?

    Please speak to your child’s coach about how you can tailor home development. Whilst we do not encourage skills based home gymnastics, stretches and regular exercise can help your child’s flexibility and strength.
