Our pay and play sessions are a great way for children to get a feel for gymnastics and experience the equipment. Available for any walkers up to 4 years old. Pay and play is Saturday morning at 8.45am to 9.30am. Price is £5 per session and is payable at the door. Parents are required to stay with children during this session.

Our recreational gymnastics sessions are a non competitive and inclusive to engage gymnastics based activities for enjoyment, fitness and skill development. Here at Flic Flac we focus on teaching the children the fundamental movements, build strength, help develop coordination and enhance flexibility in a fun and supportive environment. Our coach led gymnastics sessions are available for children age 3+.

Our Pre-Development sessions are by invite only. At Flic Flac, Pre-Dev is designed to develop skills and build a foundation for future competitive squads. We teach kids the fundamental movements and skills, constantly assessing the children to progress up to squads.

Our competition squads are by invite only. The Comp squads are dedicated to developing skills, form, strength, flexibility and conditioning. They are required to compete from Regional, National and sometimes International level.
Our competition squads are chosen by our coaches and are comprised of gymnasts who have shown potential and have been selected through trial process or coach identification. The competition squads train from 4 - 20 hours a week depending on ability.

Our adult classes are suitable for beginners to experienced gymnasts aged 16+. The adult classes are a great way to keep fit, learn new skills, keep fit and meet likeminded people!

Adults class is Friday from 7.45pm - 9.15pm and is £6 per session, paid on the door.

Our open gym sessions are every Tuesday from 6.45pm - 7.45pm. This is open to children age 5 - 15 and is £5 a session pay on the door.

Please ensure you have completed a waiver before your child comes to Open Gym. Waiver is valid for 12 months.
