At Flic Flac Gymnastics, we treat welfare concerns very seriously and confidentially. Our Welfare Officer is appointed to ensure safeguarding is embedded in the club and to create and support a safe environment for all.

Anyone can reach out to our Welfare Officer, whether you are a  gymnast, a  parent, a coaches, judges, or even members of the public. We’re here to support everyone in our community.

What information can I share with the Welfare Officer?

Our Welfare Officer is here to listen, support, and help with any concerns you may have. You can speak to us about:

  • Safeguarding concerns

  • Issues during training

  • Child protection matters

  • Personal or family challenges

  • Any individual circumstances affecting well-being
