To ensure a positive and respectful environment, Flic Flac Gymnastics requires all Members, Parents, Guardians, Coaches, and Volunteers to follow our code of conduct. Failure to comply with the code or club policies will necessitate disciplinary action, which may result in suspension.

• Prompt Arrival and Departure: Gymnasts must be dropped off and collected at the scheduled class times. Late collection fees will be applied.

• Authorised Collection: Please notify the club in advance if someone other than the usual caregiver will be collecting your child.

• Appropriate Attire: Gymnasts are required to wear suitable training attire. Long hair must be securely tied back. Loose or baggy clothing is not permitted.

• Footwear Policy: Shoes must be removed before entering the gymnasium.

• Personal Belongings: Please refrain from bringing valuable items into the gymnasium.

• Parking Safety: For the safety of all, please do not park directly in front of the gymnasium doors.

• Mobile Phone Usage: Mobile phones are not permitted within the gymnasium. If a gymnast requires a phone, it must be stored in the mobile phone area until the end of the session.

• Filming Restrictions: Filming of gymnasts from the viewing gallery is prohibited.

• Mutual Respect: All gymnasts, coaches, staff, volunteers, and parents/guardians are expected to demonstrate respect towards one another at all times.

• Gymnasium Access: Spectators are strictly prohibited in the gymnasium, except during designated competition days when your child is performing.

• Zero Tolerance for Intimidation: Intimidating behavior, including rudeness, threats, and bullying, will not be tolerated.

• Safe Conduct: Unsafe, boisterous, or disruptive play is not permitted within the gymnasium.

• Injury Notification: Please inform the coach of any pre-existing injuries at the beginning of each session.

• Illness Policy: To prevent the spread of illness, please do not bring your child to class if they have experienced physical sickness within the past 48 hours.
