At Flic Flac Gymnastics, our structure caters to all levels of ability, from recreational classes to our dedicated development and squad teams, all following the IGA Pathway. We offer a progressive training system, with our development and squad gymnasts participating in IGA levels competitions. The competitive journey begins at Level 10, and gymnasts strive throughout the year to achieve the qualifying score that allows them to progress down the levels. These level competitions are regional, divided into North and South regions. Gymnasts who place within the top six in their regional competition earn the prestigious opportunity to represent their region at the IGA National Finals. Our recreational gymnasts work towards badges that can be purchased from the club shop.

We've stormed the global stage, conquering IAIGC Worlds in the sun-soaked arenas of Florida, the heart of Texas, and the dazzling lights of Las Vegas – and we didn't just participate, some of our gymnasts brought home WORLD CHAMPION titles!

But that's not all! We've twice invaded the magical kingdom of Disneyland Paris, not just for sightseeing, but for victory! Our display team dazzled the crowds and returned with a treasure trove of glory: TWO GOLD and TWO SILVER medals!
