"A huge welcome to Flic Flac Gymnastics! I'm Fiona, your Head Coach, and I'm absolutely delighted to have you join our community. Flic Flac has been my passion since I founded it back in 2001, a dream built on years of coaching experience – since 1988, in fact! As a Level 3 Women's Artistic coach, with training in Men's Artistic and general gymnastics, our team of coaches and I are committed to sharing our love for this sport with you. We're a family here at Flic Flac, and I can't wait to see you grow and thrive with us."

Flic Flac Gymnastics is a charity-run club, deeply reliant on the dedication of our invaluable volunteers who form the heart of our community. Affiliated with IGA Gymnastics, we're immensely proud of our gymnasts' achievements, including numerous National, Regional, European display team titles, and USAIGC World Championship wins.

We've fostered a culture of excellence, nurturing talent and passion for the sport. Our Head Coach, Fiona, established the club in 2001, and alongside her, Coach Janet has been a cornerstone of Flic Flac since 2004.

Janet's exceptional choreography, talent for creating stunning leotards and costumes, and unwavering passion have played a crucial role in our gymnasts' success, contributing to a vast collection of medals and trophies.
